The Gokage Summit

The Gokage summit is placed in the center of a large building, where there are 6 seats. One seat for each kage and a daimyo who is there for the summit. While there, the kage must place there kage head piece in front of them and they begin the talk.

For the meeting, the Kage were allowed to bring two bodyguards.
For the summit, all kage must be present unless something of major importance causes them to not be able to.
