Physical Description: Ryuukai stands at 5' 9" and weighs 173 pounds, an average weight and height, for a man far above average. Ryuukai possesses the body of a man who appears relatively normal, this is not the case. His body lacks muscle definition, but in no way lacks actual muscle, he prefers to keep his true strength hidden, keeping it in reserve for severe cases. Ryuukai's body has many scars on the back, and on the back of his hands, a sign of punishment he suffered long ago as a child. Ryuukai covers his body in a loose white robe, under which is a layer of light armor that protects his chest and shoulders. On his hands, to cover up his scars, are a pair of snow white gloves, that also hide light armor, layered on the back of his hands, and forearms. His head is wrapped in the same kind of cloth, covering his mouth and the top of his head, hiding his features, except for his pure white eyes. Ryuukai wears a white hakama, tied off at the waist by a dark blue cloth belt, while his ninja shoes are also pure white. Ryuukai also wears a white half cape, which comes down to his waist, the cape is also pure white, except that sewn onto it, as a symbolic gesture to his ninja's, is the head band he wore as he rose to the rank of Mizukage. Ryuukai tends to wear his Kage hat at all times as well, unless he is battling.
Personality: Ryuukai tends to enjoy sitting alone and thinking about the world. He is older than most, but with this comes greater wisdom than others, often he will comment on the way others do thing, in order to share his widom with the world.
