abilities: puppet mastery. he has created a new type of puppet that requires now strings. it is a robot in naruto. he can seal jutsu into the seals and have them release them.
he can use giant puppets.
he has invented a chakra battery of storts that he and only he can use.
he has mastered a new art where he used one of the five elemets with his chakra strings to do battle even if he doesn't have a puppet.

history: genious of the master puppet building clan the shirogane. he created several new inventions and even after the fall of his clan he has continued to work hard. He found and created the chakra battery which he can use massive amounts of chakra with.
he also found A great Ancient puppet that is said to be on teh same level of a biju if it can be utilized. no one could ever do that till now because of his chakra batteries.
