History: Wishing for the ability to fly without using a giant puppt that would inpede his movments. he created the Hermees puppet by using advanced wind chakra control mechanisms

Physical Description: It is a two part puppet that each conncets to his ankles. to each ankle there is a small wheel about a foot in diameter. on it there are wind chakra symbols .

Weapon Slots - Weapons: the chakra based on the wheel are wind. they will spin allowing him to "walk" on air at high speeds. he can transfer the wind chakra from a proppeling force to high speed spinning blades.
