History: A well known clan that has it's line traced back towards nearly the very beginning of Lightning Village. Not much is known about the original creator and head of the clan but what is known is that even now the number of people in the clan is rather small. Unlike most clans which usually seem to branch off to other villages, the Hirona Clan is well known for being only existent in the Lightning Village, which most members who betray the clan and village are usually dead before they get to a new village. Why this is, is because their Kekkei Genkai is rather powerful and as such, the clan leaders don't want it spreading out to other villages who might abuse such a wonderful gift. The Kekkei Genkai itself revolves around a strange characteristic in which clansmen have developed a high tolerance to electricity and have even been shown to draw in currents as to energize or empower their taijutsu. As such all children are trained to revolve around taijutsu. Though the Hirona Clan has long since thought to have died out.

Yet recently signs of the returning of the clan has spread through the lightning village like wildfire. Some have even gone so far as to say that the current Raikage, Zodiac, might be one of the descendants of this clan but due to strange reasons no one in the village is sure of his name or if it bears any ties with the Hirona Clan. Though in seclusion the creators of this myth would be correct as Zodiac is the current head of the clan and as such had created his alias as to disguise that fact. Most of the clan is still unknown but the fact remains that usually most members of the clan excel highly in taijutsu.
