Description of KG: Can control bones and blood within their own body for inhancing attacks. (more to come)

half of it is. he is half kaguya and half Tenchi. the tenchi deals with the blood. the kaguya deals with the bone.

the history i came up with is that both came from the same man several hundred years ago.
