Yoru Tenchi profile

Name: Yoru tenchi
Village: Mist.
Allias: The Demon
Age: 19
Gender: male
Eyes: yellow
Hair: white with red highlights.
Height: 198cm.
Weight:100kilo
clothing: Dark blue vest with black long sleeve baggy shirt that goes over his hands. He wears black long baggy shorts with lots of pockets where he keeps his weapons.
his headband is worn on his forehead in the traditional fashion.
general apperace/build: Tall. muscualr but not bulky. long hair. fangs.
Rank: Genin
Abilities: Blood and bone kekegenkai. water based ninjutsu. Yorugan- allows him to see at night and very sharp vision. can see chakra to some extent.
history: Is mother was from the Tenchi clan, but his father was of the kaguya clan. (bone). bother were halfbreeds from the owl clan that holds the yorugan(nighteye)
his mother was killed by his father when he was young. he then in turned killed his father. He was a genious but shunned becasue of his kekegengkai and has had many attempts to kill him.
as he grew he became stronger and found two swords. Kyokotsu(bone of madness) and kage no sora(shadow of the sky).
personality: Cold somewhat distant. Doesn't talk a lot. very focused. strong. and a natural leader. Doesn't trust very easily and is very loyal to those that he does trust.
weapons(optional): Kyokotsu was made from the founder of the clan that made the kaguya and is comprized of his skeleton. its harder than diamond and can be used like an extention of his skeleton.
Kage no sora is the blade made of condensed bone. it was made from the rivaling Tenchi clan at the same time as teh Kyokotsu. Both clans were in deep rivalry with each other and constantly fought for superimicy. Kage no sora is made from all the blood that was in his body and all the blood he could create. it is know as the vampire sword and can hold an infiniite resivward of blood iwthin it. it can also drain an oponents. blood.

and if a kage is not active can they be removed? that way the active members get that position?

Because there is 2 kage spots open at the moment
Amekage and Kazekage.
and we haven't gotten to where we can RP yet so nobody will be active till then.

reason i asked is cuz i have an rp and now i have a problem with kage's not being active. and i was wondering if you had a solution for such a problem. and just in case the same scenario occurs
